is it all about timing?

timing timing timing.... is a successful relationship based on that? when u really meet that someone so close to perfect but things didnt work out cuz u couldnt commit or u had to be in some place far apart from each other? so what is the "perfect" timing? how do we define "the right person", "the right place" and most importantly "the right time"??? so when is the time ever perfect?
