Happily Ever After

Since young I have been told of fairy tales like Cinderella, Snow White & the Seven Drawfs oh and Sleeping Beauty. All these stories end with the Prince and Princess living happily ever after. And we dunno what happens after.

Lets take a peek into 10-15yrs down the road. Let us have a peek at Snow White. She put on a couple of pounds after 3 pregnancies in a row with 2 princesses and a prince. she's started to winkle up a little. From a size 6 she became a size 12. She is now kinda naggy being a strict mother. She doesnt have time to do her beauty routine. The prince charming becomes more charming than ever. We cannot deny the fact that as men grow older they become more charming, and ladies cannot escape the fate of growing old and putting on weight after childbirths, especially after the second child. Childbriths can do serious damage to a lady's figure.

Snow White is no longer the youthful princess she used to be and her figure is not what it used to be either. Can Prince Charming still love Snow White as he did before? Let's be realistic here. If Snow White wasn't beauitful before, would Prince Charming have given her the kiss of life to wake her or would he gallop away on his white horse?

Coming back to the reality and ponder abt it..... How would 2 persons be able to live happily ever after if 10 years down the road they couldn't even see eye to eye and communicate with each other. Most tragic of all is when they start to find fault with how their partner looks.

Happily ever after is after all just but a myth.
