Places

I'm going to talk about some cities I was dying to go... Until I've been there myself. There's something about these 2 european cities that captivated me through images on television and the aura of romantic-ness in them. Which cities are they? They are Paris and Venice.

Paris is not exactly the place I had imagined it to be. It's filty to begin with, french I have encountered are extremely rude (especially towards Asian). Well.. the side walks are full of shit - dog pooh to be exact. I do not understand how could people let their dogs shit anywhere in the street. The traffic in paris is horrible because of the circular structure used for the road design. (I'd still prefer australian grid design for the roads). But it is indeed a nice place for shopping, even thou I'd still prefer Milan for shopping.

Venice looks lovely as a floating city. I totally changed the idea of cruising in a gondola being romantic as soon as I stepped foot on Venice. .You might ask why wor, it must be very very romantic being onboard on a gondola with the guy rowing it singing itallian love songs. Only one thing that is a major turn off - VENICE stinks - literally. Imagine a hottie hitting on you, yeh hot on the outside, but he/she actually has a very super duper strong body odour. Would someone put up with the stench and still think that the hottie is hot?

So where is going to be nice since my favourite cities have been condemn by me, myself and I? I like Monaco, the nice sceneric and costal roads, mansions by the cliff. Oh well.. I would need a lucky win of $22 million powerball win just to get an apartment in Monaco!
