there has been many happening this year, first terrorism, then natural disaster - a tsunami that killed more than 100 thousand, while millions are left homeless and helpless.... mother nature has indeed cursed some of the earth's prettiest spots with deadly disaster. while neighbouring countries are being hit by the misfortune singaporeans are doing what little they can to help like donating clothings, blankets, food and ofcourse money... i think theres more that we can do... we could volunteer ourselves as logistics for distribution of the donations, while medical professionals are volunteering their services at various affected countries. although we are a small island country but we are indeed lucky to be shielded by neighbouring countries of natural disasters like the deadly tsunami and hurricans.
may those who perished in the tsunami rest in peace, and may those missing be found and be back safely.
