So Who is Who's Best Friend?

It is often said that dogs are man's best friends. After having PoPo for slightly less than a week (Beck's friend borrowed PoPo for less than 24 hours for his girlfriend to try out how it feels like to be having a dog, and PoPo did a good job in scarying her off in getting one for a long time), it dawned on me that is man best friend of the dog?

Why am I saying that? The reason is simple, not only I have to train Popo, I have to clean it, change the newspaper(its paper toilet trained, good thing he learnt to shit/pee ont newspaper fast!). Then at night Popo cries for company. He sleeps straight in a basket in my room if I allowed him to. It crys out loud when I leave him to sleep in his playpent. PoPo cries when he is hungry, just like a baby.

SO the big question is... Am I PoPo's slave or is he my dog?

I just realise that people bath their doggies once a week, I bath him almost everyday... So is this very very bad for him like fufu said? Hmmmm.....

Yeh, I thot so tooo... More like Popo trying to train me to clean, feed and keep it company rather than me training it to sit, stay and hand shake! LoL

Yes it is bad my dear girl! How many times do I have to drill that into u~~ LOL! Just leave him to cry in the play pent. Cos if u attend to him, then he knows that by crying he can get his way.

lol... My dad give our pet dog, Bobby - 5 years old, a nice cold/warm shower "almost" every day. And Bobby actually loves it =) It's become a routine for him... Something which I can't imagine =P
