People often say friends come and go all the time. This is pretty true, but there are friends who are here to stay, provide support when needed. I often ask my alkie-kahkees if we will still be drinking and hanging out together even after we have gotten married and have kids. First reply I got from fatty was isnt this sad if we still hang out like this after marriage and kids? This got me thinking, true we might not hang out go clubbing like we do now. Prolly we will have like a weekly BBQ / potluck/ mj session at each other's house instead.
I often wondered how will life be if i haven't met the friends i have now/ in the past.. Would life be more different if mom had sent me to RGS primary instead of a neighbourhood primary school? Well that's something that is unknown.... Maybe I mite become one of those really Jiak kantang gals... Friends used to say that I go to ang moh hang outs i.e. emerald hill and stuff with lotsa expat... Oh wells....
